I provide culturally sensitive, strength-based and person-centered therapy. Drawing from cognitive-behavioural, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, I seek to draw on each individual’s strengths, identify the systems that may be impacting them and work collaboratively with individuals and their families to identify goals for therapy and improve quality of life. I invite you to connect and share your thoughts and feelings in an open and non-judgemental space in the hopes that you may learn how to manage stressors more effectively.

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree (with a Children and their Families specialization) and Bachelor of Science (with a Psychology specialization) from the University of Toronto. In addition to private practice, I currently work as a Social Worker at William Osler Health System. I also hold the position of an Adjunct Lecturer for Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at University of Toronto.

I have been supporting children, adolescents and young adults with social, emotional and behavioural challenges and their families for over 6 years. I specialize in in the treatment of a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and behavioural management/parenting strategies.

I am a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

I provide services in English and Punjabi. Please feel free to contact me to access one-time and/or ongoing support.
