I have extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as training in Sensorimotor & Somatic Psychotherapies. As a certified applied mindfulness meditation specialist from the University of Toronto, I have facilitated various mindfulness-based therapy programs at Toronto Western Hospital, Southlake Regional Health Centre, and Stevenson Memorial Hospital.

I completed my B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, focusing on Neuroscience and Psychology, and later obtained my Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto. In addition to my private practice, I am currently working at Toronto Western Hospital as a mental health clinician and continue to be involved in research & community engagement projects that aim to support the mental health & well-being of individuals & families.

My experience combined with my education and training has allowed me to support clients cultivate wellness in a compassionate and non-judgmental space. I have supported individuals and couples with various issues, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, post-traumatic stress, relationship challenges and life transitions, burn out and stress and perfectionism & being a “workaholic.”
